Welcome to EduManage. These Terms of Service govern your use of the platform. By using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Use of EduManage ("the Platform", "the Service") is conditioned upon full acceptance of these terms. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BDNHOST Group ("we", "the Company"). If you use the platform on behalf of an educational institution or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind them.
2. Service Description
EduManage is an AI-powered Learning Management System (LMS) that includes: • Course, assignment, and grade management. • AI tools for content creation and pedagogical support. • Attendance tracking and reports. • Multi-channel communication (email, SMS, WhatsApp). • Integrations with Zoom, PayPal, TikTok, and more. • Enterprise layer for institutions (multi-tenant, RLS, audit logs). The service is provided as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) on a subscription basis.
3. Account Registration
To use the platform, you must: • Be at least 13 years old (or have parental consent if a minor). • Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. • Maintain a strong, confidential password. • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are fully responsible for all activity on your account. You may not share your login credentials with others.
4. Permitted and Prohibited Use
Platform use is permitted only for lawful educational and pedagogical purposes. The following are strictly prohibited: • Uploading offensive, pornographic, racist, or illegal content. • Infringing copyright or intellectual property rights. • Attempting to hack, bypass security, or damage the platform. • Using the platform to distribute viruses, spam, or malware. • Impersonating others or misleading users. • Commercial use or redistribution of the platform without authorization. • Automated use (bots, scrapers) without written permission. Violation of these terms will result in account suspension and may lead to legal action.
5. Intellectual Property
• EduManage content — all rights to the platform, code, design, logo, and brand belong to BDNHOST Group. • User content — you retain ownership of content you upload (assignments, learning materials, videos), but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for operating the service. • AI-generated content — content created with AI tools on the platform belongs to you, but you must respect the terms of service of the AI providers. • Institutional content — educational institutions retain ownership of their learning materials.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
• Subscription plans — the platform is offered in multiple plans, including free and paid tiers. • Billing — payment is made in advance (monthly/annually) via PayPal or approved payment methods. • Auto-renewal — subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. • Refund policy — you may cancel within 14 days of initial purchase for a full refund. • Price changes — we will notify you 30 days in advance of price changes. • Taxes — prices do not include VAT unless otherwise stated.
7. Third-Party Integrations
The platform integrates with external services: • TikTok — for uploading educational content to your profile. Use is subject to TikTok's Terms of Service. • Zoom / Google Meet — for live classes. • PayPal — for payment processing. • OpenAI / Anthropic / ElevenLabs — for AI tools. • WhatsApp Business — for notifications. When connecting your account to an external service: • You authorize us to perform actions on your behalf within the scope you defined. • You agree to the terms of service and privacy policy of the provider. • You are responsible for maintaining and revoking permissions as needed. We are not responsible for failures or damages caused by third-party services.
8. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "AS IS", without express or implied warranties. We are not liable for: • Data loss due to technical failures (backups are recommended). • Indirect, consequential, or special damages. • Damages due to misuse or violation of these terms. • User content or behavior of other users. • Third-party services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
9. Termination
• Termination by you — you may cancel your account at any time through platform settings or by contacting support. • Suspension by us — we reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. • Effect of termination — upon termination, you will lose access to the platform. Data will be retained according to the retention policy in the Privacy Policy. • Data export — you have the right to request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
• Applicable law — these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. • Jurisdiction — the competent courts in the Haifa District, Israel, have exclusive jurisdiction. • Dispute resolution — before resorting to courts, the parties shall act in good faith to resolve disputes. • Severability — if any clause is found to be unlawful, the remaining clauses shall remain in effect. • Binding version — the Hebrew version is authoritative; translations to other languages are provided for convenience only.
